The current focus in civil works has been the development of infrastructure and constructing storages for the utilities company (water board), developing roads, residential and commercial infrastructure for developers.
1. We provide services to both public and private client
- By contracting projects in the residential, commercial and public sector.
- With the financial sector being included, the value of projects has grown to range between E300, 000 to E200 000 000. Our main area of work involves the construction of Institutional Building clinic, Hospital, Office Blocks, residential, Block of flats, Housing and Shopping Centres.
2. Contracting in the civil engineering sector;
- We have the capacity to provide all main contractor services with regards to road construction,
- Water retaining structures,
- Reticulation supply networks and sewage disposal facilities varying in size from E50 000.00 upwards.
3. Project management services to property developers;
- We assist clients in assessing the project development proposal with respect to cost requirements and completion periods.
- On project commencement we are able to manage the project including the consultants, the Sub-Contractors and different suppliers, insuring that an economical structure is achieved.
4. Structural steel works fabrication
- is carried out at our boiler workshop situated at the head office yard.
- Providing fabrication solutions to structural steel framing, steel roof structures and general steel work fabrication.
5. Specialist carpentry and joinery manufacturing,
- is performed in our woodworking workshop.
- The workshop provides for timber doors, frames, timber windows and joinery accessories.
6. Development of the design and construct project package.
-We are currently engaged in the development process of 'turn key' project packaging. As of mid 2005 we were be offering design and contract development packages to specific client projects, this reduces the time span of the project life cycle.
7. Housing (Township) Development
-We undertake all forms of Housing Development from Infrastructure development and the construction of Housing.
